- Once the request is confirmed, we will provide an estimated completion time.
- Minor revisions are allowed based on the agreed terms, but additional changes may incur extra fees.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before work begins on custom orders.

Delivery of Digital Files
- Digital files will be delivered via email or a secure download link once the work is completed.
- File formats provided are typically JPG and PNG. If a specific format is required, please inform us in advance.
Usage Rights

- Redistribution, resale, or modification of the artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.
Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the final file has been delivered.

Intellectual Property
- All artworks created by Fexel Artworks remain the intellectual property of the author, Febryan Ari Rusda, unless agreed otherwise.
- Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
Limitation of Liability
- Fexel Artworks is not responsible for any technical issues that may occur during file download or external printing.
- We are not liable for any misuse of the digital files once delivered.
